ChaTime is Good Time

I tried this new milk tea drink shop in robinsons galleria. The drink is called Chatime... Cha is tea in Tiawanese the country origin of this drink concoction. I wanted to order their Taro Milk tea but it was not available so i opted for the classic pearl milk tea. Classic tea added with fresh milk and black sago pearl... simplicity at its best.. the best thing is you can choose the amount of sugar that you want for your drink so it suits the taste of everybody. At Php 80 for a regular size, and Php 90 for the large one, the price is competitive enough for cold concoctions similar to it.. I will definitely have another Chatime!

My mom recently got back from a hongkong business trip and i ask her to buy me some stuffs that are not available here. I'm so happy! this just made my day..

love to bake

So I was at a birthday party together with my aunts and cousins and my cousins requested me to bake a cheesecake. It's not everyday that i get to make something for them and it's been quite awhile that i'm not baking anything so it's nice to know that i did not lose my touch yet!

craving for korean food!

This was my lunch the other day.. I wanted to eat korean food so i decided to make something that will somehow kill my cravings.. 

Grilled pork belly or samgyeopsal gui and green onion pancake or panjeon.. it's not so authentic but enough to make me satisfied.. ^-^

My version of Kao pad!

 Hey guys. so i was at home and i just wanted to make a quick lunch... I made my version of kao pad or rice with sauteed shrimp paste. My version had some adobo and i sliced some cucumber to balance the taste.. yumminess! ^_^

We had lunch at Contis greenhills today for the mother's day celebration.. I had roast beef with buttered veggies and fried rice.. Super nice! the gravy is just right and with mushrooms.. It's the right kind of comfort food on a rainy day... I don't have the picture here of the dessert but it was      

their signature cake which is mango bravo..

feeling k-pop!

So i was feeling a little bit of k-pop influence today so i decided to make my hair like this.. to add to the experience, i had lunch at a korean bbq restaurant and had a great time.

So this is the korean bbq restaurant and the name is DONA DONA i forgot to ask them what it means but it was really one of those authentic korean restaurants..

So it comes with kimchi and some lettuce and they have this sesame leaf which the koreans like very much..









Some more side dishes.. cucumber, fern break, radish kimchi, anchovies plus bean paste and sweet soy sauce!

start grilling! beef and garlic.. yum yum!

So overall i give dona dona 4 stars! the taste was authentic but the servings were a little on the minimal side and the prices are a bit expensive.. but it's not everyday you'll have a bbq experience and it's nice to do it the korean way! ^-^

nail art!

Hey lovies! it's been a long time since i updated my blog... been busy with other stuffs.. anyway, i changed my nail again and this time i used the artificial nail which i bought from saizen and used 4 colors for this effect. first was the glittery purple nail polish by etude house, 2nd was the greenish aquamarine shimmery polish of saizen, 3rd was my new addition to the collection which is a blue metallic nail polish with pink specs on it from face shop and just to make it more glittery, i added some dots from a silverish nail polish! so kawaii right?^_^

New Nail Polish - Etude House

Hi there gorgeousness! Just a quick blog on some of the new nail polishes i bought yesterday. i actually bought 4 colors one is like a sparkly greenish blue which i bought from saizen and the other one was a frosted olive green color from watsons and the 2 colors which i used on my nails today are these 2 amazing polishes!  

 The purplish shimmery polish is from Etude House and the black nail polish is just from Watsons. 

I Like the black one which is called Black Shadow, it's a black polish with silver and gold shimmer on it. beautiful on its own or mix with other colors.

As you can see from the pictures it is a very tense purple shimmer mainly because i put some black shadow nail polish first and topped it with the Etude house Lucid Darling Purple Glitter nail polish!

If these descriptions didn't make your mouth water, you're missing a lot.. I know that this chocolate bar existed a long time ago already and I see it whenever i go to candy shops or groceries but because i'm not really fond of sweets, i never got the chance to taste it. Don't get me wrong.. here i am blabbering about a chocolate bar and i don't like sweets?? I work with sweets almost everyday of my life because of my profession so sometimes i don't feel like eating them but once in awhile your body craves some sweety goodness and this just happens to be one of those days..
 I am so loving BABYRUTH chocolate bar by nestle! 

Isn't it so yummy and yet so sinful?! ^_^

I planned on putting some falsies or False Eyelashes but for just an everyday look, I wanted to keep it simpler. ^_^

Tokyo Bubble Milk Tea

Finally I was able to try this newest crave in town! Welcome Tokyo Bubble Milk Tea!!! I love milk tea specifically their bestseller which is the Royal Milk Tea.. It's not too sweet and they filled it up with lots and lots of black pearls!!! They come in 2 sizes which are regular Php 90.00 and large which is priced at Php 125.00. the price is not bad at all compared to other cold drinks available because the size is huge and it's really natural milk tea with all the goodness in it!!! 

Look mine is still full! hahaha.. I took picture just before i take a sip.. Love Love it!! ^_^

Aside from their yummy milk tea, they also have hot and cold dishes designed to please everybody! I don't know if it's right to eat sushi and bubble milk tea but I want to eat sushi so what the heck.. I tried their Salmon 2 It has fresh salmon inside and out thus the name salmon 2 with wasabi mayonaise on top.. It was very filling and for the price of Php 195.00 i would say that it was affordable enough for a sushi.. 

Overall, I give 5/5 stars for the milk tea and 4/5 for the salmon 2 sushi.. I will definitely come back and try other dishes on the menu! ^_^

Dolly Wink Volume Mascara and New nails... ^_^

I'm just so happy today! I finally got my Dolly wink volume mascara!!! i looooove it so much! Mom ask a friend to buy this from hong kong.. since we don't have dolly wink here in the philippines.. so sad... *_* I'm such a fan of this brand because i read great reviews about it and i'm such a fan of dolly inspired make up.. Actually this comes in 2 kinds.. the other one is the lengthening mascara. My natural lashes are not that long and I use a lengthening mascara for my everyday make up look so i wanna try this and it's just great.. no clumps and it's waterproof!!!! can't wait to try this with falsies... hope this brand gets into philippine shore because it's just the best!!!

So I just wanted to have my nails done and originally wanted it black but my black polish was not so nice anymore so i opted for white instead but it made my nails look like it was covered with liquid eraser so i just put some silverish glittery polish over it and added black dots just to spice it up a little bit. i'm going to look for a new polish tomorrow or get another black... ^_^

This is the better version of the first video that I made. FerChel1121.. Fer is the nickname of my husband and Chel is mine.. 11 would be our wedding date and 21 was the day we began our story of love. I didn't really planned on making a video, i'm just playing with the software and ended up with this. In a way if I would tell my story in a movie it would look like this... ^_^
