As everyone obviously know already i LOVE anything korean.. but most specially the food. I've been waiting for this korean restaurant to finally open in a mall where i frequently visit and i was so happy it finally did! Welcome SEOUL GARDEN HOTPOT! this branch is a smaller version of their main branch which is located at SM North Edsa. in this branch they offer variations of BAP (rice toppings) and HOTPOT which is basically meat, seafood or vegetables in a soup broth. i came at around 11am so I was their first customer, but even though i wanted to sit inside the function room the staff gladly accompanied me to be sited. the wait staffs were very friendly and they know what is on the menu. Their supervisor (i think he is malaysian but forgot to ask his name) was also very friendly to me. I originally ordered a korean bean curd salad for my side dish but they don't have it that day.. it's ok because the supervisor asked for apology and just asked me for other side dish that i might like. they are very professional and accommodating. they checked on me every once in awhile to see if i need anything and if i liked their food. i don't even have to call them to refill my drink. that's a plus for restaurants! their prices are reasonable because the portions are really big specially the hotpot which can be shared by 2.. the mains also come with a sampler set which i really like. the only downside for me was the price of the drinks. I ordered an iced tea, which is refillable but for the price of Php 85, i think it is more on the expensive side. other than that i think SEOUL GARDEN HOTPOT is a great place to entertain and have your daily fix of korean food cravings! i will surely pay them again a visit one of these days...

I wanted to try and make my own version of Japchae and to make it more like a korean dinner, i added some korean bbq and side dishes to complement the dish! I can seriously eat korean food everyday.. so so yummy!
