Yesterday me and my mom went to a korean supermarket near ortigas to buy some korean ingredients and goodies. one of the things that we bought was the korean rice cake or Tteok (떡).
We actually bought it for Dakgalbi but i wanted to try it out first so i decided to cook something from the ingredients that are available. I don't know exactly what to call the dish so i used google to translate it to its korean name as simply what it is. Kimchi with pork and rice cake. It ended out with the name
돼지고기와 쌀 케이크와 김치 dwaejigogiwa ssal keikeu wa gimchi.
